Geelong SCI Regional Network Meeting – January 2019

For the first meeting of 2019, the Geelong SCI Regional Network met at the familiar Royal Geelong Yacht Club to have a social catch up and also to trial the exciting new technology from Aubot.

Guest presenters Alex and Ben from Aubot bought along their teleport robot, which allows one to visit somewhere or someone in a mobile video-conferencing experience. Everyone in the Network got the chance to move the Geelong robot around the room, and also use it to see through the robot’s cameras into a room based in Melbourne!
